Planter Care and Coaching

Starting a new church is a God-sized mission and at times is a rather lonely job. We care about our church planters and their families and have developed a system that meets a variety of needs (emotional, physical and spiritual).

Earl Ferguson is CDEA’s Director of Mentoring. Earl meets with our church planters to provide guidance, support and encouragement. Drawing on years of experience, Earl is a positive source of help to our planters. You can email Earl at: eferguson@cdea.org.

Lance Hurley is CDEA’s Director of Church Multiplication. Lance works as a coach for our church planters, helping them work through the church planting process. He also leads the bi-monthly church planters’ meeting, where all the church planters meet to pray, talk and learn from each other.
